What is adaptive dance?
Adaptive dance lessons are specialized for children with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, developmental delays, or other sensory sensitives. Dance lessons give children the opportunity to explore the joys of movement, self-expression and music, while building coordination, strength, and social skills. Each class is specifically designed for the unique needs, goals, and abilities of the student/s attending.
In 2022, I founded Ballet Academy East’s Adaptive Dance Program. I strongly believe dance is for everyone.
PRICING - 40 minute class
$75/class (one student)
*This fee does not include studio rentals. Studio rental fees vary based on location. Small group classes may be done in private residences if there is space to accommodate (ie. a home gym, living room).
